Senior Savannah Elmore plans on going to all of the school dances this year, including the informal dances. She enjoys going to the gym and loves to drive her Mini Cooper. Elmore's favorite subject is science because it involves different subjects like math and English and she retains it all from memory. Science blends all subjects into one. Some of her favorite teachers are Neil Rosenquist, Laura Jackson, Kerri Ferate, and Susan Wachtman. Elmore was born in Bremerton and her favorite animal is the shark. Ever since the third grade, she has enjoyed the differences and looks of sharks. She feels that she could connect with them on a personal level.
Elmore would love to travel to Australia; it’s very far from the states and from home. She enjoys the idea of learning about the very different culture and types of phrases they have compared to those in the United States. She’s planning on becoming a lawyer because she wants to make a difference to people and change their lives for the better. She's very into solving problems and finding the answers to peoples’ mysteries. She plans on going to Olympic College for her first two years and then putting in for the University of Washington for her next two years.
One of Elmore's favorite foods is spaghetti, and her favorite ice cream would be coffee. She enjoys going to the Cheesecake Factory, one of her top restaurants. Her favorite holiday would be Christmas because her family comes and visits. She has a couple of cousins who come in from Chicago for that special time of the year. One of her dream jobs as a child was to become a Marine Biologist. She really loves sharks and enjoys swimming and traveling to the ocean and found the idea of becoming a marine biologist exciting for she would be able to help the sea life and still go swimming.
