During Senior Honors Week, CK shows appreciation to the senior class by giving the seniors nice little treats everyday in the morning or at lunch. This week is also where all the seniors go up to the field and  watch the Mock Crash, which simulates the dangers of drunk or distracted driving in the United States.

On Monday, seniors got doughnuts, Tuesday they gave out muffins and that was the day that seniors had the Mock Crash, Wednesday they handed out rice krispie treats at lunch, Thursday they handed out root beer floats and on Friday seniors enjoyed bagels.

CK also announced Valedictorians and Salutatorians. Our Valedictorians for the Class of 2017 are: Luke Arnold, Ben Huang, and Daniel Sierman. Our Salutatorians for the Class of 2017 are: Katelyn Downey, Caleb Giesbrecht, Alex Johnson, Britton Laing, Kendall Massey, and Lyndsey Richmond. Congratulations to these wonderful students.

Senior Bryce Anderson said “ I was very happy to hear that my friend Katie got salutatorian and I thought senior honors week was great.”
