Girls Soccer teammates junior Autumn Mullins and senior Melina Polzin are happy after winning their past game.

The Central Kitsap Girl’s Varsity Soccer has been doing very well this season. With a 3-1 record so far this season, they all have been doing well as a team. Co-Captains Lindsay Chaffee and Lauren Hudson are leading the team this year. The starters are Lauren Hudson, Lindsay Chaffee, Sierra Barron, Autumn Mullins, Marielle Arnold, Cami Castro, Megan Hedrick, Alyssa Russell, Melina Polzin, Katie Rankin, and Grace Anderson.

Autumn Mullins said, “the starting lineup usually depends on who we are playing against.” The coach this year is Vicky Webb who has been coaching for a few years now.

The players have learned how to work with other people better and how to interact with the team. “We do work well together, but there is always room for improvement”, said Captain Lindsay Chaffee.
