“Sonic the Hedgehog 2” review
Which one was better? Sonic 1 or 2.
In June, 1991 “Sonic the Hedgehog” the game was invented by Composer Masato Nakamura. Although the game was composed by Nakamura the designers are Naoto Ohshima, Yuji Naka and Hirokazu Yasuhara. 29 years later Sonic the Hedgehog 1 came out into the movies which was directed by Jeff Fowler.
“Sonic the Hedgehog 2” was a really good movie. It was a really good story line and the movie also aligned with how the game went.
One of the main characters Jim Carrey who played Doctor Eggman did an outstanding job he really brought the movie to life.
At the beginning of the movie the progression started off slow but as the movie progressed it became more eventful. Sonic was the main character of the movie but it didn’t just put the spotlight on Sonic it showed everybody and how things were going for them throughout the movie.
“Sonic the Hedgehog 2” added a new character to the movie Knuckles which really brought the action to the movie. This movie is known to be an adventure action comedy movie and Knuckles definitely brought the action and adventure to the movie.
Between “Sonic the Hedgehog” and “Sonic the Hedgehog 2” I would recommend “Sonic the Hedgehog” 1 because it doesn’t take forever to get to the point of the movie and it has a lot more action and more feeling to the movie.
If I was to rate this movie I would rate “Sonic the Hedgehog 2” an 8/10. What made this movie an 8/10 was the beginning was very slow and there were some dull parts but personally I liked the movie, however it only has 68% rotten tomatoes so while the ratings are not the best, it is a good movie.
