Haley Paulson joined Journalism because she is tired of just writing the three regular essays. She loves narratives and argumentatives, but has never been fond of informative, and feels that being in a news related environment will help strengthen her writing skills related to factual writing, and she gets to help people stay informed in the process. Haley loves swimming, and is on her school’s swim team, but she also loves reading fantasy books when she has the time. She would like to think that she is a fast learner and a hard thinker, but her strengths as a student are probably writing, and she hates to admit it but she is good at math as well. One skill she has is drawing and/or animating. She hardly has the time or motivation to do either of those but when she does it is very fun and relaxing.
