It is always important for students and teachers to discuss important events, and this is exactly what happened at the forum on December fourth. Opening the discussion of the CKHS dress code, senior Chellie Labonete mentioned that the dress code does not necessarily need to be changed but “enforced better” and gave examples of times when students had been treated unfairly in front of their peers. Following that, senior Ella Herman brought up the fact that dress code may be a bit harder to follow as we approach the summer months. When the idea of open campus lunch was brought up, it was immediately put down due to safety concerns, and the limited amount of time that is available for lunch.
