‘Hot Stepmom’

In the first place in the band category for battle of the bands, a Tacoma-based group focusing on indie pop rock music called “Hot Stepmom.” Their members feature Sophia Barger and Anna Norris as their singers, Ben Babcock on the drums, Cameron McLennan as their guitarist and Jarin Szewczyk playing bass. With their placement, they gained the chance to perform during the Bremerton Bridge Blast that comes June 24th.

“We thought it would be fun to perform somewhere outside of Tacoma and see what kind of bands are forming in Bremerton, and above all, we just like having excuses to perform and show off,” said Noris before the actual event.
