Amanda Repine, Reporter, Assistant Editor
Amanda Repine is in her junior year at CKHS. Throughout her school career she has always enjoyed writing and has a passion for it. When her freshman year of high school came around she found out about the journalism program and knew it would be a good choice for her. Outside of school she enjoys reading and hanging out with friends. Her strengths as a student are how she is able to find a good balance between school and social life. One of her hobbies is singing and playing instruments, she loves music and expressing herself through music.
Rory Manskie, Reporter
Rory Manskie is a sophomore at CK who’s starting his second year as a journalist and now starting this year out to be the Social Media Manager for the Cougar Chronicle. Rory started off in Journalism as a way to express his own opinions and highlight student life at CKHS, now Rory continues to make stories highlighting Central Kitsap High School and our community. Rory loves music and movies; as a pastime he enjoys collecting albums and producing opinions and reviews on new music and movies. Rory plans on continuing Journalism at CK until graduation.

Justin Majette, Reporter, Social Media Manager
Justin Majette is in Journalism because he enjoys writing and giving people information about different topics. Outside of school Justin enjoys athletics such as volleyball, baseball, and lifting. His strengths are his capability to learn quickly and willingness to jump into new things. A hidden skill is that he can play the violin and piano. He plays in the CKHS select orchestra and enjoys performing with that group. Justin is the son of a military family. He was born in Maryland and moved back and forth between Washington and Virginia twice.
