Adrie Starkenburg, Reporter, Copy Editor
Adrie Starkenburg is a senior at Central Kitsap High School, and she joined journalism because she loves to write, and wants to major in journalism. Born and raised in Washington, she wants to attend college within the state post graduation. This is her second year in the class, and she runs the publication’s music review column, Beats of the Week. Outside of school she loves to read, write, visit the grocery store, and dance.
Olivia Miller, Reporter, Editor-in-Chief
Olivia Miller is a senior here at Central Kitsap High School and will be going on her third year as a student journalist for the Cougar Chronicle. This is her second year as the Cougar Chronicle’s Editor-In-Chief and she has continued on in this class because she appreciates the way that it continuously challenges her, both as a journalist and as a leader. She is also grateful for the diverse community that has been built inside the publication. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, watching horror movies, spending all of her money at the thrift store, and drinking copious amounts of chai lattes.
