On several occasions, North Thurston was  able to push past CK and try to score. However, CK was there to take the ball right back. Nearing the end of the first half, CK was able to score two more goals from Michaela Wallitner, Lauren Hudson, and Alyssa Carter for an assist.

Beginning with the final half of the game, CK and Henry Foss came out of their huddle determined to push through the next forty minutes. CK put up yet another strong defense that North Thurston seemed to have trouble getting past. Throughout the second half, CK scored five more goals, leaving North Thurston in the dust.
