Football Fans Unite!
The anticipation built as hundreds of students and families showed up to Silverdale Stadium to support and cheer on CK when they played against Capital High School. Our fans dressed up but did they have enough spirit?
“Enough spirit?” Kellen Leavell asked. “They have too much!” Our team has won two games and lost two games this season. I spoke to a few fans about their opinion on the team: “They could be better” said Kaylee Frede. “But it’s still really fun to cheer them on with your friends!”
“They have potential,” Kennedy Jackson said. “But I don’t really know football.”
“I like having the games here,” said Kennedy Jackson of Silverdale Stadium. “They’re really fun!”
“And there’s a really positive atmosphere” stated Latavia McDaniels. We were led to victory with the help of the many fans!
“They are really good players, and have great sportsmanship!” said Kaylee Frede.
Football games are also a huge social gathering, two out of five people surveyed actually only come to socialize with their friends! But the majority are there for the team!
