Boys lacrosse
Boys lacrosse practice started in early February. At CKHS, many of our students love to play lacrosse. CK students Ben Maxwell, Sean Eidsvaag, Tyler Tubbs, Wyatt Kallio, Roque Blas, Justin Anderson, Josh Brandes, Avery Schuette, and John Tamin go to Silverdale Elementary School to practice for their games.
Many of the students from CK and Olympic play for Klahowya, due to these schools not having a team. The Boys’ lacrosse team treat each other like family, especially after some of their teammates passed away in the last few years.
“I have played lacrosse for the past few years, and I have enjoyed every moment of it,” said junior Sean Eidsvaag. Junior Ben Maxwell said, “The amount of love for the sport is incredible and I also recommend lacrosse to anyone who hasn’t played it before.”
March 15 is their first game and it is against Vashon at 5:30 pm at Central Kitsap Middle School.
