Prom is coming up soon and promposals are still on their way. But you still need to figure out what to wear. What do you do? Where is there to find a good prom dress or tux? Well this is the place to find out where and how to buy a prom dress or tux.

Many students are wondering where a great place to purchase or rent a dress or tux at. As suggested by seniors from last year and students who have gone there for other dances, they say that a great place to go get a tux would be Men’s Warehouse. You don’t have to buy a tux because you probably aren’t going to be wearing that same tux within the next 5 years. So instead of buying a tux for that one special occasion, just rent it. Accessories are great for prom, accessories such as shoes and watches.

“For my tux, I rented it at Men’s Warehouse. Since I have a date, I’m going to wear the rose in my handkerchief pocket,” said senior Garrett Mayes.

Dresses, on the other hand, is a much more complicated scenario. Girls typically like to get their prom dresses about a month before the dance happens, just to be prepared. A great place suggested by a few girls is Benita’s, which is right down the street from CKHS. Benita’s however is pretty pricey. A more popular place to get a dress is in Tacoma at Tacoma Discount. There are many places to get prom dresses, though some girls purchase their dresses online for cheap. Accessories for girls are important for prom too. Accessories such as purses and heels.

“I bought my dress like the second week of May at Tacoma Discount for $200,” said senior Brooke Stahl.

“I ordered my dress online for $90,” said senior Ryley Petoff.
