Junior Katie Moore spends her free time outside or drawing and painting. Moore took pottery in the ninth grade and painting in the tenth grade. Moore is an associate artist at Art Slam Studio located in Silverdale. “When the studio first opened they got a lot of mannequins and painted them random things. Some were Seahawk themed and some were animal themed.” Moore started working on a documentary about a little boy who loves Batman with Slam Studio at the end of July. "We only had a month to put the event together. The event itself is done, but we are still working on the documentary,” explained Moore. Moore does not really watch a lot of sports but she does sometimes watch baseball. “I have been to quite a few games, not this season but a couple years ago."
