Lara Charters is a sophomore this year at Central Kitsap High School. Lara decided to take journalism because it was an opportunity for them to learn more about current events and to inform the public about them, something that is really important with everything going on in the world right now. Lara enjoys reading during thunderstorms and listening to music while they draw or sew. Lara does not know what occupation they want to pursue when they are older, but history is a particular fascination of theirs.
