Cinderella’s Closet
Dress up your outfit with some jewels or gloves to make your outfit complete, make sure to sign up for an appointment so you can make your Cinderella moment special.
Cinderella’s closet is a formal wear closet that is open to students. It is a wonderful opportunity to get a beautiful gown or tux for school dances, if you just can’t afford them. There is a large assortment of dresses, from size zero to twenty-two. To top off your outfit, there is lots of jewelry that you can also use to make you glow.
“We as a school want there to be an opportunity for everyone to participate in a school dance; if someone has financial struggles, or just doesn’t just want to purchase a new dress, Cinderella’s closet would be a wonderful option for them,” said librarian Tracy Kohlbeck.
Cinderella’s closet has a variety of heels, flats and dress shoes that you are able to choose from.
One of the many perks of Cinderella’s Closet is that most of the dresses have only been used once or were bought by a staff member and donated. They range from all different colors and are available to view anytime by contacting either Kohlbeck or Debbie Santiago to set up an appointment for a dress or tux fitting to find your perfect Cinderella outfit.
The dresses are donated to the school for the good cause and they are always welcoming more! Apart from the dresses and tuxes, there also is a wide assortment of shoes, from heels and flats to men’s dress shoes to add the perfect touch to your evening wardrobe.
